摘要
选用 6 0只成年雄性 SD大鼠 ,分 5组 .设 1个基础饲料对照组 (CK1) ;1个基础饲料处理组 (T) ,每天按每公斤基础饲料添加 0 .4 0 g长裙竹荪粉 ;1个高脂饲料对照组 (CK2 ) ;2个高脂饲料处理组 (t1、t2 ) ,每天按每公斤高脂饲料分别添加 0 .30和 0 .50 g长裙竹荪粉 .实验期 6周 .结果表明 :长裙竹荪对正常血脂大鼠无显著影响 ;添加长裙竹荪粉能使实验性高脂血症大鼠的 TC、HDL- C上升值显著降低 ,HDL- C、HDL- C/TC下降值显著降低 ,其中 t2 效果更为显著 ;t1的 TG值与 CK2 的差别不显著 ,而 t2 的 TG上升值显著低于 CK2 的 .说明大鼠食入一定剂量长裙竹荪后有预防 TC、TG、L DL- C值升高和 HDL-
Sixty adult male SD rats were divided into 5 groups: basic diet control group (CK 1); basic diet treatment group (T) in which 0.40 g·kg -1 Dictyophora was added per day; high fat control group (CK 2) and high fat treatment groups (t 1, t 2) in which 0.30 and 0.50 g·kg -1 Dictyophora were added respectively per day. The experimental period was 6 weeks. The results showed that Dictyophora had no significant effects on rats with normal blood lipids; The increased values of TC and LDL C and the decreased values of HDL C and HDL C and HDL C/TC in t 1 and t 2 were both lower than those in CK 2, but the effect of t 2 was more significant; The difference in the value of TG between t 1 and CK 2 was not significant, while the increased value of TG in t 2 was much lower than that in CK 2 . It was proved that supplementation of a certain amount of Dictyophora could prevent the increases in serum TC, TG and LDL C and the decrease in HDL C.
