摘要
该文从病因病机、辨证分型、辨证论治、治法方药等方面,对近十年来慢性心力衰竭的中医药康复治疗进行了综述,认为中医康复治疗具有改善症状、提高生活质量等方面的优势。但仍存在较多亟待解决的问题,如心力衰竭的中医诊断、辨证分型、疗效评价等标准不尽统一,不利于科研和药物评价。因此,慢性心力衰竭的中医证型证候诊断标准、中医康复诊疗规范及评价体系仍有待于进一步研究。
This article reviews advance of TCM on rehabilitation from etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM perspective in the last ten years. It is considered to have the advantages on improving clinical symptoms and quality of life in the therapeutic recovery of TCM. But there are still some problems to be solved, such as the syndrome differentiation of TCM in heart failure and unify of curative effect evaluation standard which is not conducive to research and evaluation of Chinese herbs. So, it still needs further research on the criterion of syndrome differentiation and pattern of syndrome as well as evaluation system of TCM rehabilitation therapy.
