乏锂电池多重化在配网中抑制功率波动应用 被引量:1

Application of Partial Capacity Loss Li-battery Through Multiple Structure Conversion for Restraining Fluctuant Power in Distributed Networks

摘要 容量衰减到一定程度的动力锂电池(即乏锂电池)在电动汽车上退出应用后还可用于储能系统,但容量衰减锂电池由于内阻增大,充放电效率变低。故根据动力锂电池在部分容量失效后的内阻特性及锂电池外特性,提出电压电流双环控制的乏锂电池多重化方法,提高容量失效的锂电池充放电效率,使其能再次利用。同时将乏锂电池用于储能系统,平抑含分布式光伏发电的配网中功率波动。仿真和实验结果表明乏锂电池多重化方法可提高其充放电效率和功率平抑逆变器的功率跟踪精度,验证了所提方法的可行性。 Partial capacity loss Li-battery can be used in energy storage system after being displaced from electric vehicles, but charge-discharge efficiency becomes lower because of internal resistance being larger.So a method of multiple structure conversion for partial capacity loss Li-battery based on double loops of voltage and current is proposed according to internal resistance characteristic and external characteristic of power Li-battery of losing partial capacity. Charge-discharge efficiency for power Li-battery of losing partial capacity can be improved.The battery is used in energy storage system for restraining fluctuant power in included distributed PV distribution network.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that charge-discharge efficiency of partial capacity loss Li-battery and accuracy of restraining fluctuant power can be improved,and the feasibility of the proposed method are validated.
