摘要
研究了一种国产的、以LiMn2O4为正极材料的100 Ah锂离子电池组用于插电式燃料电池混合电动客车时,在高温、高负荷条件下的模拟工况循环寿命特性,获得了电池组容量、效率、内阻、功率能力的变化特征,发现荷电状态(SOC)工作点是影响循环寿命的重要因素。电池组在高温、高负荷条件下,在0.3和0.5两个SOC工作点,循环寿命对应的行驶里程分别约为17 400 km和31 200 km。
The simulating mode cycle life characteristics of a 100 Ah Li-ion batteries using LiMn2O4 as cathode material for plug-in fuel cell hybrid electric bus at high temperature and high power condition were analyzed.The changing characteristics of capacity,efficiency,internal resistance and power capability of the batteries were obtained.It was found that state of charge(SOC)wor-king point was an important factor to the cycle life.At high temperature and high power condition,the corresponding driving distances in cycle life of the two batteries at the SOC working point of 0.3 and 0.5 were 17 400 km and 31 200 km,respectively.
