摘要
研究限定枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌固态发酵鱼汁和豆粕的混合物,转化饲料多肽。以可溶性多肽含量和胰蛋白酶抑制因子(TI)的降解率为检测指标,通过正交实验确定其最佳发酵条件为:发酵温度35℃,接种量8%,豆粕与鱼汁浓缩液(粗蛋白含量20%)质量体积比(g/mL)1∶1,发酵时间60 h。对最佳发酵条件下的产物品质进行检测,其中可溶性多肽含量达到23.54%,TI降解率为93.4%,益生菌数量达8.7×109CFU/g。通过对比发酵原料和产物,结果表明鱼汁和豆粕混合物经混合菌发酵后,其品质得到明显改善。
The process of preparing feed polypeptide from the mixture of stickwater and soybean meal fer- mented by limited mixed Bacillus subtilus and Laobacillus plantarum solid - state fermentation was stud- ied. With soluble polypeptide content and trypsin inhibitor (TI) degradation rate as detection indicators, the optimal fermentation conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows: fermentation tempera- ture 35 ℃, inoculum size 8%, ratio of soybean meal mass to stickwater concentrated solution ( crude pro- tein content 20% ) volume 1: 1, fermentation time 60 h. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the content of soluble polypeptide was 23.54% , the TI degradation rate was 93.4% , and the number of pro- biotics reached 8.7 x 109 CFU/g. Comparing the raw materials with fermentation products, the results showed that the quality of stickwater and soybean meal mixture fermented by mixed bacteria was greatly improved.
