摘要
以茶籽粕为原料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉混合菌进行固态发酵,研究适宜的发酵条件对脱皂率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,选取接种量、水分含量以及发酵时间为自变量,脱皂率为响应值分析各自变量及其交互作用对脱皂率的影响。利用响应面分析方法,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,最终确定茶籽粕固态发酵工艺条件为接种量12.5%,水分含量52%,发酵时间3.9 d。在此条件下,脱皂率达(93.28±0.34)%,实际测定值与理论计算值能很好地吻合。
The effects of fermentation conditions on the removal rate of tea saponin in oil - tea camellia seed meal by solid state fermentation with mixed Bacillus subtilis and AspergiUus niger were studied. Based on single factor experiment, three factors including inoculation amount, water content and fermentation time were selected as response factors and removal rate of tea saponin was used as response value, and the rela- tionship between response factors and removal rate of tea saponin was figured out by Box - Behnken ccntra] composite experiment. With response surface methodology, a quadratic polynomial model of removal rate of tea saponin and response factors was established and the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows:in- oculation amount 12. 5%, water content 52% and fermentation time 3.9 d. Under these conditions, the re- moval rate of tea saponin reached (93.28 -+0. 34)%, which fit the theoretical value quite well.
