摘要
为探讨白头翁散对人工鸡白痢的治疗效果,本试验通过人工建立鸡白痢模型,用白头翁散进行治疗,同时设氟苯尼考治疗对照组。观察各组鸡只的临床症状、质量变化及血清超氧化物歧化酶活性和内毒素含量变化。结果显示,白头翁散与氟苯尼考的治愈率和有效率差异不显著;但其降低血清内毒素含量、提高超氧化物歧化酶活性、增加质量作用显著优于氟苯尼考组。结果提示,白头翁散对鸡白痢有良好疗效,具有降低鸡白痢患鸡体内毒素含量和提高超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用。
Chickens artificially infected with pullorosis were treated with Baitouweng San and florfenicol was as the control.The clinical symptoms,bodyweight,content of SOD（Superoxide Dismutase,SOD）and endotoxin in serum were observed as index.The results showed that the cure rate and effective rate of Baitouweng San and florfenicol had no remarkable difference.But Baitouweng San was superior to florfenicol on the effect of reducing endotoxin and increasing bodyweight and content of SOD.The results revealed that Baitouweng San had good therapeutic effect on artificial pullorosis infection,and could decrease endotoxin content and increase SOD activity in serum.
