富血小板血浆所含相关因子促血管生成作用的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 创伤修复是目前外科学研究的热点，在整形外科中，皮肤软组织的创伤尤为多见，部分可以通过皮片移植、皮瓣转移等手术修复，但有些创面，如糖尿病溃疡、褥疮及血管源性、神经源性或放射性慢性创面，由于血液供应不足，生长因子少，活性低，与受体失偶联增加叭，皮瓣转移在这些创面不易存活。如何提高创面修复的血液供应，
