摘要
目的:探讨小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术的护理方法。方法:通过有效沟通与正确引导,稳定患儿及家属情绪,对患儿采取个性化心理干预及护理手段。结果:732例面部外伤儿童实施了整形清创缝合,在护理人员有效的配合下,所有患儿均顺利完成手术,术中未发生医源性损伤,术后无出血、伤口裂开、感染等情况发生,手术效果满意。结论:通过个性化心理干预及护理手段可有效提高小儿面部整形美容缝合术的效果。
Objective ：Investigate the nursing methods of Through pediatric facial cosmetic surgery suture.Method： effective communication and correct guidance, comfort the children and their families, the children take the individualized psychological intervention and nursing methods. Results：732 implemented debridement suture facial trauma in children, in conjunction with the effective nursing, all patien plasticts were successfully completed surgery, intraoperative no iatrogenic injury occurs, no postoperative bleeding, wound dehiscence and infection, with effect.
