摘要
目的:探讨美容清创缝合联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)在颌面部外伤清创缝合中的效果。方法:将2006年1至2010年3月,将120例颌面部外伤患者随机分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用常见的普通外科缝合技术清创缝合,实验组采用美容清创缝合联合重组表皮生长因子清创缝合,术后观察患者伤口愈合时间和1～12个月的瘢痕情况。结果:实验组伤口平均愈合时间为(4.48±1.95)天明显短于对照组为(7.65±1.96)天。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.01)。结论:将美容整形清创缝合术联合rhEGF运用颌面部外伤处理中,能够最大限度地修复美化伤口、恢复面部功能和形态,缩短恢复时间并减少术后伤口瘢痕增生发生,满足患者的美容要求。
Objective To explore Therapeutic effect of Cosmetic plastic technique in debridment and suturing combined with rhEGF on facial soft tissue injuries.Methods From January 2006 to March 2010,120 patients with facial soft skin tissue injuries dividedinto two groups,the experimental group （60cases） and control group （60 cases）.the control group given common surgical operatic.the experi- mental group given cosmetic plastic technique in debridment and suturing.we were recorded the healing time and follOwed- up scars for 1 month to 12 months after operation.Results The average healing time was shorter （P〈0.01）.The Therapeutic effect in experimental group higher hat of control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is beautified wound,in staurate function and appearance of the face,reduce scar formation, increment sufferer self-confidence, and it is safe and effective to cure the facial soft tissue injuries. The cosmetic plas- tic technique in debridment and suturing Combined with rhEGF have the advantage of increasing operation efficiency, shortening heal- ing time and reducing the postoperative complications, it satisfy the request to aesthetic.
