煤矿乏风低浓度瓦斯燃烧催化剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:7

Preparation of the combustion catalyst for coal mine ventilation air methane and its properties

摘要 采用碳酸铵共沉淀法制备六铝酸盐为涂层、以γ-Al2O3为载体、负载Pd活性组分的煤矿乏风低浓度瓦斯燃烧催化剂。采用自行设计的固定床单管试验仪,考察了催化剂的活性、水热稳定性及抗硫中毒能力。结果表明:以La0.5Sr0.5MnAl11O19为涂层的催化剂活性最高;氧化铝涂覆六铝酸盐后,在维持相同甲烷燃烧的情况下,Pd负载量可以大幅度下降,说明氧化铝经六铝酸盐改性后可以节约贵金属的用量;以六铝酸盐作为涂层的氧化铝催化剂具有很好的热稳定性和抗烧结性能;煤矿的潮湿环境对所制备的负载Pd催化剂影响有限,并且这种影响是可逆的,对于连续的甲烷催化燃烧过程,通风瓦斯水蒸气的影响可以忽略;氧化铝经六铝酸盐修饰后再负载Pd催化剂,其抗硫中毒能力明显增强。 The paper is aimed at introducing our preparation method of the combustion catalyst for coal mine ventilation air methane and our study of the behaviors of the catalyst. Since the noble metal Pd is an active component loaded onto the hexa-aluminate coating, it could be used to prepare the combustion catalyst of the lower concentration methane in the coal mine ventilation air. For our research purpose, we have first of all prepared the catalyst from the hexa-aluminate with the salvolatile coprecipitation method and the 7-A1203 as the coating and supporting material for the catalyst, respectively. The experimen- tal results show that: (1) The hexa-aluminate prepared by us enjoys clea^-crystalline phase and highest catalytic activity when it adopted Lao.5Sr0.sMnAlll O19 as coating agent. (2) When the catalyst was coated by hexa-aluminate, it was found that the loading of the noble metal Pd can be remarkably decreased under the same condition of the catalytic combustion. In addition, the supporting material 7- A1203 modified by the hexa-aluminate helps to save the amount of no- ble metal. (3) The catalyst coated by hexa-aluminate is highly active in catalysis and hydrothermally stable as compared with other kinds of catalysts. (4) Since the infiuencb of humid environment of coal mine on this kind of supported Pd catalytic is very limited and reversible by the steam test, the effect of water vapor on the catalytic can be ne- glected for continuous catalytic combustion of methane. (5) It is veri- fied by comparative experiment of sulfur poisoning that the ability of the catalyst to resist the sulfur poisoning of the supported Pd can be significantly enhanced when it was modified by the hexa-aluminate.
