摘要
针对粉煤灰富含氧化硅和氧化铝的组成特性,结合甲烷燃烧催化剂载体的研究现状,提出了一种粉煤灰作为甲烷燃烧催化剂载体的高附加值利用的新方法。对粉煤灰的粒度特性、微观形貌等进行了分析,测试了粉煤灰的甲烷催化燃烧性能,研究结果表明粉煤灰由于其特殊的组成和晶体结构,表现出一定的催化活性。并详细考察了粒度、活性组分负载浓度对以粉煤灰为载体三氧化二铁为活性组分的催化剂性能的影响。
A novel method to utilize high added value coal ash as cartier of methane combustion catalyst was introduced in this paper , with respect to both the compositive feature of plentiful silicon and alumina oxides in coal ash and the study status of catalyst support for methane combustion. The characteristics of coal ash such as grain size and micro- structure, etc, were analyzed, and the catalytic performance of methane combustion for coal ash was also evaluated. The results indicated that coal ash showed slightly catalytic activity because of its special component and micro - structure. Furthermore, the effects of partical size and concentration of active constituent on performance of ferric oxide catalyst supported on coal ash were studied in details.
