摘要
利用正交试验法和综合平衡法优化低温SCR锰基催化剂(Mn(w)/TixCe1-xO2)的制备参数。以载体焙烧温度、焙烧时间、载体成分配比(n(Ce)∶n(Ti+Ce))、催化剂活性成分负载量、催化剂活化温度和活化时间为正交试验的6个因子,以催化剂的比表面积和脱硝效率为评价指标。结果表明,载体焙烧温度是影响低温SCR锰基催化剂性能的重要因素。结合综合平衡法确定催化剂较佳的制备条件为:载体焙烧温度500℃,载体焙烧时间5 h,载体成分配比0.4,催化剂活性成分负载量10%,催化剂活化温度550℃,催化剂活化时间5h。
The paper is aimed to introduce our idea and method on how to optimize the preparation parameters of the low temperature SCR catalyst based on the manganese through orthogonal experiments and the comprehensive balance method. To achieve this purpose, it is believed suitable to prepare TixCel-xO2 complex oxides as the carri- er of the catalyst by using the co-precipitation method. Since the SCR catalyst based on the manganese is usually prepared with the volumet- ric impregnation method, six factors are involved with the preparation of the orthogonal experiment, that is, the calcinations' temperature and the roasting time of the carrier, the eomponential ratio of the ear- rier, the load of the catalyst's active ingredients, the catalyst's acti- vation temperature and its activation time. Moreover, since each fac- tor involves five levels, the specific surface area and the denitration efficiency of the catalyst should be taken as the evaluation indexes. The primary and secondary order of the six factors affecting the two e- valuation indexes can be determined according to the size order of the range. And, since the calcinations' temperature of the carrier is the most important influential factor among the six preparation parame- ters, the idealistic combination of the six factors can be obtained by the result of the orthogonal experiment. And, then, we can determine the better parameters of the catalyst preparation by using the method of the comprehensive balance. So far as we krtow, the optimal prepa- ration parameters of the catalyst can be listed as follows. The calcina- tions' temperature of the carrier is 500 ℃. The roasting time of the carrier is 5 h, and so is the activation time. The component ratio of the carrier was 0.4. The load of the active ingredients of the catalyst is ten percent. The catalyst' s activation temperature proves to be 550 ℃ . According to the scanning results of the electronic microscope, the particle size of the SCR catalyst at low temperature based on the manganese prepared under the conditions is rather small and distribut- ed evenly. It has a large surface area of the unit mass of 24.5 m2/g. Its denitration efficiency turns to be 58.4% at the temperature of 100 ℃ under the reaction conditions of the above said experiment.
