具有低温活性的高效脱硝催化体系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 NH3选择性催化还原技术在烟气脱硝中应用广泛,但由于传统的氧化钒催化剂起活温度偏高,因此开发具有低温活性的高效脱硝体系成为当前国内外研究热点。介绍了该领域目前已经开发出的贵金属、分子筛、金属氧化物等低温脱硝体系和处于研究前沿的固体杂多酸催化脱硝新体系的最新研究进展。指出固体杂多酸催化体系具有耐硫、抗水抑制等优点,具有很好的研究和应用前景。 Selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 is being widely used for the denitrification of flue gases emitted from coal-fired plants and the industrial processes concerning the combustion of fossil fuel.The conventional vanadium oxide catalyst can work effectively only at high temperature,which has already confined its application.Hence,the development of new catalysts with good activity and stability at low temperature becomes the focus of researches in this field.In this paper,a review of de-NOx catalysts developed to date,including noble metals,molecular sieves,metal oxides,carbon materials and the newly-developed solid heteropoly acids,for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx at low temperature is given.It is pointed out that,owing to the remarkable performance unaffected by the presence of SO2 and H2O in the feed gas,the solid heteropoly acid catalysts are promising for application and therefore deserve further investigation.
