MicroRNA与HPV相关性在宫颈癌中研究进展

摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类大小21~25bp非编码调节性RNA,通过完全或不完全碱基互补结合于靶mRNA3’非翻译区(3’UTR),导致靶mRNA降解或抑制其翻译,在转录后水平调节基因表达。miRNA异常表达在人类肿瘤十分常见.是当前肿瘤领域的研究热点。宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率以全球每年新增50万病例位,曝第2位,严重威胁广大妇女的身心健康.高危型HPV(HPVl6、HPVl8)感染是宫颈癌发生的主要原因。
