采用薄层扫描、高效液相色谱法分析 ,应用正交试验优选舒冠胶囊提取工艺。结果发现 ,最佳提取工艺为药材加6倍量 70 %乙醇 ,回流提取 3次 ,3
TLCS and HPLC methods are used in orthogonal optimization of Shuguan Capsules extraction. The results show that the best condition is adding 6 times of 70% alcohol, reflux extracting for 3 times and 3 hours per pass.
