摘要
随着我国人口老龄化问题的加剧,养老问题对我国社会的影响日益凸显,关系到每个人,涉及众多领域,包括房地产、医疗卫生、保险、储蓄、消费、劳动力市场、退休金、税收等。本研究在分析我国人口老龄化发展趋势、特征的基础上,梳理发达国家养老模式及我国人口老龄化的基本现状,提出应对中国人口老龄化,构建符合中国国情的养老服务体系和养老模式迫在眉睫,其中应该考虑和解决的因素众多,比如人才培养问题、政策制定问题等。本文重点探讨并积极倡导房地产业通过转型全龄宜居社区建设与养老产业高度融合,物业服务业通过"多代屋"建设与养老服务业实现紧密结合。提出在我国全龄宜居社区辅以"多代屋"建设是应对中国人口老龄化问题的基础条件。
With the aggravation of population aging,pension issues impact on our society has become increasingly prominent. Based on analyzing the trend and characteristics of China＇s population aging, this article summarized the pension model of developed countries, studied the status of population aging in China, and put forward to set up all age livable communities supplemented by ＂the Multi-generational Centres＂ to response population aging.
