摘要
在对老年宜居社区的研究现状和相关理论进行综述的基础上,分析了建设城市老年宜居社区评价指标体系的指导思想,设计原则,构建方法。并将老年宜居社区评价体系分解为目标层,系统层,状态层,微系统层和若干具体指标层,建立了系统完整,层次结构分明,指标明确的老年宜居社区评价指标体系。
By the thorough review of research background on urban amenity community for elderly, this paper discusses the guiding principles, design principles and construction methods of evaluation index system of urban amenity community for elderly. The evaluation system of amenity community for elderly is constructed by 2 systematic levels （subjective system and objective system）, 11 conditional levels,and 17 micro-systematic levels.
