摘要
目的观察阿胶补肾健骨方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症(OP)模型体重、子宫、双肾指数,骨密度(BMD),病理学变化的影响,探讨阿胶补肾健骨方防治OP的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阿胶补肾健骨方组和阿仑膦酸钠组。各组手术伤口恢复后,第7天开始灌胃(假手术组除外)治疗3个月,于末次给药后24h,处死大鼠并采集标本。采用双能X线BMD测定仪测定股骨BMD;用HE常规染色镜下观察股骨下端组织的结构变化。结果阿胶补肾健骨方组大鼠体重变化与假手术组接近,骨组织形态结构改善,子宫、双肾指数、BMD均明显升高(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论阿胶补肾健骨方可调节脂代谢;升高OP大鼠子宫及双肾指数;延缓骨量丢失,提高BMD,改善骨组织形态结构,具有预防和治疗OP的作用。
Objective To observe effects of weight,index of uterus,index of both kidneys,bone mineral density （BMD）,changes of bone pathological feature of rats which were completely removal of ligation and ovariectomy; to explore the mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis with Ejiaobushenjiangn Dedoction.Methods Seventy female SD rats aged 8 months,postmenopausal osteoporotic animal model was established.Rats were randomly divided into four groups：sham-operated group and model group,group A of osteoporotic animal model with Alendronate sodium and group E of osteoporotic animal model with Ejiaobushenjiangu Dedoction.After rats＇ operative wound recovered,the model group、group A and group E were given a gavage （except sham-operated group） for three months.Rats were killed and collected specmen after 24 hours when the last time rats were given a gavage.To use of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry of the femur BMD measured in rats.And then conventional HE staining,making pathological section as required,observing the changes of the femur tissue under the Microscope.Results The changes of weight of rats in group E was similar to the sham-operated rats; bone ultrastructure was improved; index of uterus,both kidneys and BMD of rats in group E were significantly higher（P 〈0.05）.There was statistically significant difference.Conclusion Ejiaobushenjiangn Dedoction can not only adjust the lipid metabolism,increase index of uterus,both kidneys but also put off a loss of bone mass,increase BMD and improve bone ultrastructure.There was a better prevention and treatment that Ejiaobushenjiangu Dedoction can be treated for osteoporosis.
