摘要
目的 为探索客观有效的异常语音评价方法 ,应用计算机语音分析系统 ( CSL )分析各种类型患者的异常语音。方法 8例筛选患者 ,咽喉摩擦音、先天性腭咽闭合功能不全、腭化构音和正常构音各 2例 ,其中男性 4例 ,女性 4例 ,平均年龄 18岁。被检敏感音为 /z/、/c/、/s/,直接输入计算机语音工作站 ,存盘后对音声图像进行定量分析和比较。结果 各种类型语音的音声图像各有其特征 ,其频谱、辅音起声时间和共振峰各不相同。结论 CSL综合了语图仪和计算机技术 ,可图像化和定量分析声音 。
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore a more effective and objective evaluation method of articulation disorders by analyzing of abnormal utterance of different types of patients with CSL(Computer Speech Lab).Method 8 patients (4 male, 4 female, mean age 18 years) were selected for this study. Of the 8 patients, 2 with Chinese pharyngeal fricatives, 2 with congenital velopharyngeal insufficiency, 2 with Chinese palatalized misarticulation, and 2 with normal articulation. The sensitive utterance studied was /z/, /c/, /s/, which was input into CSL by microphone and saved on disk. The quantitative and comparative analysis of phonetic image was performed.Results The results of this study showed that there was significant difference in phonetic image of every group patients, especialy in spectrum, voice onset time and formants. The phonetic image of Chinese pharyngeal fricative reveals consonants disappear partly and like “horizontal bomb”; the phonetic image of congenital velopharyngeal insufficiency reveals consonants disappear thoroughly and like “horizontal top”; the phonetic image of Chinese palatalized misarticulation reveals consonants and like “spindle”; the phonetic image of normal articulation reveals consonants and voice onset time clearly.Conclusion CSL combined sonograph with computer technology, which can analyze sound quantitatively and visually, was a better instrument of research by now.
