摘要
目前,医患纠纷已成为社会关注的热点和难点,而传统的解决机制难以有效及时地化解矛盾。上海市引入第三方调解的机制契合了社会管理创新理论,为医患纠纷的解决开辟了新道路,也为各地提供了借鉴意义。但实际工作中仍或多或少存在着问题,需从政府负责、社会协同、法治保障几个方面对其加以完善,从而在制度层面上有所创新,促进和谐医患关系的建立。
Nowadays, the doctor-patient dispute has become a hot and difficult issue paid attention by the society. It is difficult to effectively and timely resolve dispute under the traditional dispute settlement mechanism. The third-party mediation mechanism introduced by Shanghai highly fits the social management and innovation theory, opens up a new pathway for solving doctor-patient disputes, and provides a reference for other places. However, it is undeniable that the third-party medication mechanism still has some problems in practice, which needs to be bettered from aspects of the government being responsible for, the society cooperating with and the law to protect, thus, to innovate system and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
