摘要
针对华电能源股份有限公司哈尔滨第三发电厂600 MW机组锅炉大量掺烧褐煤后NO x排放浓度超标的问题,阐述了600 MW机组低NO x技术改造过程,即对磨煤机出口分离器及主燃烧区域采用垂直浓淡燃烧器、加装燃尽风喷口结合的方式进行改造,分析了改造过程中遇到的一系列问题,提出了相应的解决措施。实践表明,哈尔滨第三发电厂600 MW机组锅炉炉内脱硝改造后,磨煤机旋转分离器达到了设计要求,燃烧器摆角对汽温的调节作用很明显,降低了NO x的排放水平。
Since the NO2 emission concentration exceeds standards after mixed burning ot ttgmte m our 1,, boiler, this paper expounds the process of low NOx technological retrofitting, which is to install vertical bias burner and overfire air nozzle at pulverizer exit and in main combustion area,and analyzes the problems encountered in retrofitting and proposes relevant solutions. The practice shows that rotating c[assifier of pulverizer of 600 MW unit boiler reaches the design requirements after denitrification inside furnace and the effect of burner angle on steam temperature with the reduction of NO~ emission.
