摘要
介绍了华电能源股份有限公司哈尔滨第三发电厂2台600 MW机组火焰检测系统在运行过程中存在的问题,分析了造成火检不稳定的主要原因。对火焰检测系统进行改进和完善后,使火检的灵敏性和可靠性大幅提高,保证了机组的安全、可靠运行。
The problems existing in operation process of flame detector system of two 600 MW units in Harbin Third Power Plant of Huadian Energy Corporation Limited were introduced.The main reasons,which cause the flame to be unstable,were analyzed.The flame detector system had been improved and perfected;its sensitivity and reliability were increased greatly;and the safe and reliable operation of the units was ensured.
