摘要
通过室内毒力测定表明 ,吡虫啉与优选的增效剂组配而成的增效吡虫啉新制剂 (商品名称 :2 .5%蚜虱立克乳油 ) ,显著提高了对棉蚜、麦蚜、菜蚜和桃蚜的触杀毒力 ,在 1 1～ 32℃范围 ,棉蚜的毒力由相差 60 .7倍降至 2 5.6倍 ,增强了吡虫啉抗低温能力 ;室内测定还证明 ,增效吡虫啉和吡虫啉对蚜虫的主要天敌七星瓢虫及龟纹瓢虫均具有较高的选择性。
The synergistic imidacloprid was used to test Aphis gossypii、Macrosiphum avenae,Lipaphis erysimi and Myzus persicea.The results showed that it has strong contact toxicity to control aphid.Under 11～32℃ conditions,the toxicity ratios of Aphis gossypii were 60.7 and 25.6 folds to imidacloprid and synergistic imidacloprid at LD 50 .It showed that the synergist improved activities of antimicrotherm of imidacloprid.The pesticide has high selectivitics to natural enemy of Coccinella septempunctata and Propylea japonica.
