摘要
采用气相色谱法在 5%OV - 1 0 1 /ChromosorbW -AWDMCS色谱柱上分离和测定有机磷杀虫剂唑磷含量。该方法操作简便、快速、准确可靠。对同一试样的 5次平行独立测定的标准偏差为 0 .1 5,变异系数为 0 .55%;并且 ,标准加入法回收率达 98.2 0 %～ 1 0 2 .4%。
In this paper,the separation and determination of insecticide isoxathion had been studied by gas chromatography on the 5%OV-101/Chromosorb W-AW DMCS chromatographic column.The method possesses simple,fast,accurate and precious.Ten-time analysis of a same sample gave a mean value of 27.82% with the method standard deviation 0.51,and a coefficient of variation of 0.52%.The recovery of the method for dimethyl fumarate was 98.20%～102.4%.
