制鞋企业接触苯作业工人的职业健康危害状况 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨制鞋企业苯作业对接触工人的职业健康损害作用。方法对2010—2011年深圳市宝安区3家制鞋企业工作场所空气中的苯浓度进行测定,对苯接触组与对照组工人进行职业健康检查,检查项目包括外周血白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(Pt)、肝功能、乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和心电图。结果苯接触组工人具有一定的神经系统症状和消化系统症状,外周血Hb、WBC、Pt下降人数分别占9.1%、7.6%和3.8%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。苯接触组肝功能异常和HBsAg阳性率明显高于对照组。结论从事苯作业的工人出现比较明显的神经系统和消化系统症状,并有外周血液系统的改变,需要高度重视职业卫生监督管理。 [ Objective] To study the toxic effect of benzene on benzene-exposed workers in shoemaking enterprises. [ Methods] The benzene concentrations in workplace air were detected in 3 shoemaking enterprises of Baoan District in Shenzhen City during 2010-2011. The benzene exposure group and the control group received the occupational health examination, and the indexes included white blood cells ( WBC } , hemoglobin (Hb) and platelet (Pt) in peripheral blood, liver function, HBsAg and electrocardiogram. [ Results ] The nervous system syndromes and gastrointestinal symptoms were observed in the workers in the benzene exposure group. The proportion of benzene-exposed workers with decreasing Hb, WBC and Pt level was respectively 9.1%, 7.6% and 3.8%, and the differences in these indexes between two groups were significant. The rate of abnormal liver function and positive rate of HBsAg in the benzene exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group. [ Conclusion] It was found that benzene exposure could induce impairments of nervous system, digestive system and peripheral blood system, so it is necessary to pay more attention to occupational health supervision.
