3种补光措施对阿克苏红富士苹果色泽及品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了提高阿克苏红富士苹果果实的外观及内在品质,解决果实套袋后着色过淡的问题,研究了套袋、摘叶转果和铺反光膜3种补光措施对果实色泽及品质的影响问题。结果表明:套袋可以明显改善苹果果实的外观品质,果面光亮、洁净、果点变小且变淡;套袋可使苹果果实中的可溶性固形物、总酸、总糖、Vc的含量有所降低,并且影响果实的大小,而对果形指数却无明显影响;采用套袋结合摘叶转果加铺反光膜这3种措施,能使果实着色指数达到99%(全红果),并能提高果实中的可溶性固形物、总酸、还原糖、总糖和Vc的含量,不仅能较好地解决单纯套袋影响果实内在品质的问题,还能解决套袋后果实着色过淡的问题。 In order to improve exterior quality and internal quality of fruits and solve color decreased after bagging, taking Akesu Red Fuji Apple as materials, effects of three supplementary light measures on color, luster and quality of fruits were researched, including bagging, picking off leaves and turning fruits, laying reflective film. The results indicate that bagging can effectively improve exterior quality of fruit. Lustre and cleanness of the bagged fruits are better and fruit spots are less and lighter than those of the no bagged fruit. Bagging can also decrease contents of soluble solids, total acid, total sugar and vitamin C and has obvious influence on fruit size, but no influence on shape index. Combining the three measures can improve color index of mature fruit to 99%, and can improve contents of soluble solids, total acid, reducing sugar, total sugar and vitamin C. The method can solve the problems that simple bagging affects internal fruit quality and decreases color.
