根据现浇双曲线冷却塔施工过程中发生的塔吊倒塌重大工程事故 ,阐述事故发生的背景。
This paper demonstrates the background, causes, handling process and method of a serious accident of a strengthened self-standing crane during the construction of hyperbolic cooling towers.
