摘要
盘式永磁同步电动机的转子是盘式永磁电动机的重要部件,它直接影响着电机的可靠性及功率密度。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对转子盘体的应力和变形分布规律进行了分析研究,为转子结构的优化设计提供了依据,对提高盘式永磁电动机的功率密度具有重要意义。
Rotor is the very important component of the disc permanent magnet synchronous motor.It directly affects the motor's reliability and power density.The stress and deformation analysis of the rotor with ANSYS in the paper and the basis for the rotor's structure optimization is provided.The research is very significant to the power density elevation of the disc permanent magnet synchronous motor.
