早生优质高产绿茶新品种玉绿的选育 被引量:10

Breeding Research of the Early Plucking New Green Tea Cultivar ‘Yulü’ with High Quality and Yield

摘要 为选育优质绿茶新品种,以薮北种(♀)×优混(♂)人工杂交后代为育种材料,经系统选种、无性繁殖,育成了早生优质高产绿茶新品种“玉绿”.经多年品比试验、省级区试和多点试种,结果表明,“玉绿”为早芽种,春季萌发期与福鼎大白茶(对照)相当;产量高,经方差分析差异达极显著水平;内含物丰富,水浸出物、茶多酚和氨基酸均高于对照;适制绿茶,成品茶、汤色和叶底具有明显的“三绿”特征;抗寒性、抗旱性较强,均超过对照,抗瘿螨与对照相当.“玉绿”新品种于2005年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会登记. Using 'Yabukita' as the maternal and the mixed pollen as the paternal, through systematic selections and clone reproduced, we have bred the early plucking new green tea cultivar 'Yulü' with high quality and yield. After several years' comparative experiments and several areas' plant experiments, the results indicated were as follows. (1) 'Yulü' sprouted early in spring just like Fuding Dabai which was the comparison; (2) The yield of 'Yulü' was much higher and the difference was up to super remarkable level in variance analysis; (3)The biochemical components of 'Yulü' was enrichment. Water extracts of tea, polyphenol content, amino acid content were all obviously higher than the comparison; (4)The color of dry tea, liquor and infused leaf of 'Yulü' was so especial pure and green that was suitable for making green tea; (5)The new green tea cultivar had stronger resistibility than the comparison to the low temperature and the drought. It showed the same responds as the comparison when warts and acari hurt the plant.
