摘要
目的建立了金银花露中6种防腐剂的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以0.025mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(磷酸调pH 3.7)-甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,分别在波长228nm、258nm处测定6种防腐剂的含量。结果 9个生产厂家的19批金银花露中,有7个生产厂家的16批样品检出苯甲酸,山梨酸,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的一种或两种。2个生产厂家的3批样品未检测出上述6种防腐剂。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于中药液体制剂中常见防腐剂的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine six types of preservatives in distilled liquid of hon- eysuckle. METHODS Using HPLC with the gradient elution of 0. 025mol ~ L-1 Phosphoric acid sodium solution to the hydrogen （ Phosphoric acid. key ph3 ） - Methyl alcohol detected the content of Six types of preservatives at 228nm or 258nm. RESULTS One or two of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate were determined in 16 samples from 7 pharmaceutical factories, and none in 3 samples from the other two pharmaceutical facto- ries. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and repeatable for determination of the common preservatives in Liquid herbal medicine.
