摘要
目的建立适合工业化生产的霉酚酸酯脱色新工艺。方法通过烷烃溶剂和脱色介质结合方式对霉酚酸酯进行脱色工艺研究。结果3批霉酚酸酯的生产验证产品各项质量指标(外观、纯度、溶剂残留量)均符合要求,收率达88.3%。结论本文所建立的新工艺操作简便,脱色效果显著,适合于霉酚酸酯的工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE To estabilish a new decolorization technique for the industrial production of mycophe- nolate mofetil. METHODS Paraffin solvent and decolorization medium were combined to decolorize mycophenolate mofetil. RESULTS Quality indexes ( appearance,punty,residual solvents) of three batch of verified production met the relevant requirement, and its yield was 88.3 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, obvious in deodorizing, which is suitable for industrial production.
