摘要
建立了顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定福辛普利钠中的甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、三氯甲烷、苯、甲苯和吡啶。采用HP-624(6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基硅氧烷)毛细管气相色谱柱,FID检测器。9种溶剂的平均回收率分别为100.7%、101.7%、102.2%、101.6%、99.5%、100.7%、101.5%、101.8%和102.1%,RSD均小于2.5%。
A headspace capillary gas chromatography method was established for the determination of nine residual organic solvents: methanol, acetone, acetonitrile, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, trichloromethane, benzene, toluene and pyridine in fosinopril sodium. A HP-624 (6% cyanopropylphenyl-94% dimethylpolysiloxane) capillary column was used with the application of FID detector. Their average recoveries were 100.7 %, 101.7 %, 102.2 %, 101.6 %, 99.5%, 100.7%, 101.5%, 101.8% and 102.1%, with RSDs less than 2.5%.
