摘要
分析国产1000MW机组实现FCB功能的基本条件,提出了电气系统改造方案及热工逻辑优化方案。在此基础上,进行了75%负荷的自动甩负荷试验,验证了机组热力系统工质平衡能力、能量平衡能力,满足了75%FCB孤岛运行试验需要。通过试验结果分析,可以推断热力系统能满足100%负荷FCB功能试验需要。
It puts forward the reform scheme of electrical system and thermal logic optimization scheme by analyzing the basic conditions for domestic 1000MW units to realize the function of FCB. On this basis, we take the 75% load automatic load rejection test and verify that the working fluid balance, energy balance ability of thermodynamic system to meet the needs of 75% FCB islanding test. By analyz- ing the test results, it can be inferred thermodynamic system to meet the 100% load FCB function test.
