摘要
对帘线钢用连铸浸入式水口材质和钢液的相互作用进行试验研究。结果表明,使用后的水口内表面层耐火材料中Al2O3含量由于发生脱碳反应而升高,C基本消失,CaO含量由于钢中夹杂物黏附而升高;使用后的水口由于钢液的冲刷和侵蚀存在损坏情况,造成高Al2O3含量的耐火材料脱落进入钢水中,污染钢液,使钢中出现Al2O3夹杂物,这种夹杂成为帘线钢后续加工过程的裂纹源,严重影响帘线钢质量。
Abstract To study the interaction between continuous casting material for cord steel and molten steel. Result shows that the Al2O3 content in refractory of inner surface of used submerged entry nozzle increases because of decarburization, C con- tent decreases, CaO content increase because of steel inclusion conglutination. The used submerged entry nozzle is damaged because of molten steel erode and corrosion, the refractory with high Al2O3 content falls off and enters into molten steel, to pollute molten steel, leading toAl2O3 inclusion occurs in steel, the inclusion changes into crack source of cord steel subse- quent production process, it affects the cord steel quality seriously.
