摘要
大型油库建设是国家石油战略储备和企业规模化发展的必然趋势,然而怎样保证大型原油库设计的本质安全,目前还没有形成统一的规范模式。文章根据一些大型油库设计审查和管理的经验,提出了采用体系化和库区完整性管理相结合的模式进行本质安全设计,以供探讨。
Building more large oil depots is imperative to national petroleum strategic reserves and largescale development of enterprises of China.However,there is no standard model to ensure intrinsic safety in the designs of the oil depots.Based on experience from design check and management of large oil depots,this paper proposes an approach to the intrinsic safety design that integrates systematization and integrity management of oil depots,which is open for feedback and discussion.
