摘要
为实现实验室中对橡胶沥青与石料间粘结力的快速测试,设计了一种基于螺旋传动的简易装置,介绍其工作原理,并做了可行性分析及相关试验。试验结果表明:特定目数下,粘结力最大值随掺量增加而增大;掺量为15%时,粘结力最大值随橡胶粉目数增加而增大;目数和掺量适当时,橡胶沥青粘附性优于SBS改性沥青和基质沥青。
In order to test the bonding force between rubber asphalt and aggregates, a simple tester based on helical gearing hypoid was designed; the working principle was introduced; the feasibility was analyzed and some relevant experiments were conducted. The results show that: when the mesh of rubber powder is specified, the maximum bonding force rises along with the increasing of rubber amount;when the mixing amount is 15 %, the maximum bonding force rises along with the increasing of mesh of rubber powder;when the mesh and mixing amount are both proper, rubber asphalt's adhesion is better than SBS modified asphalt and base asphalt.
