摘要
结合新型轨下胶垫性能检测项目,对某种万能材料试验机测试轨下橡胶垫板静刚度的原理及存在的问题进行了阐述,并针对存在的问题进行了现场试验,分析了产生问题的原因,并提出采用万能材料试验机测试轨下橡胶垫板静刚度准确性的措施。
Combined with the performance detecting items for new type rubber tie plate under rail, the rationale of static rigidity detection of such plate by certain universal material testing machine and the existing issues are discussed. Against these issues, on-site test is carried out and the causes are analyzed, as a result,the measures on accurate static rigidity detection of rubber tie plate by universal material testing machine are proposed.
