摘要
综述了近红外光谱技术在水果成熟期预测和水果品质检测中的最新研究现状和存在的问题,并指出了今后的研究方向。
This article presents the status quo and existing problems of near infrared spectroscopy in prediction of fruit maturity and fruit internal quality measurement, and then points out the research direction of applying NIST to fruit detection.
