摘要
利用MATLAB6.1语言实现水果近红外漫反射光谱法定量分析数据的处理,研究了主成分分析在水果漫反射光谱分析中的实现方法,通过编程和计算机试算,找出苹果内部糖度定量分析的两类吸收峰:一类为1453、1931、2314和2353nm;另一类为978、1198、1732和1790nm,并对吸收峰的光谱吸光度与苹果糖度进行了相关性分析,得出糖度与原始光谱吸光度的最大相关系数为-0.621,最小相关系数为-0.365,本研究为水果内部品质的在线检测提供新思路.
MATLAB language is very popular for its excellent characteristics such as simple language, rich content and convenient program. In this study, MATLAB was used to perform processing data of near infrared diffuse reflectance quantitative analysis and the algorithms of principal components (PC) analysis were especially described. Two kinds of absorption peak were found through computing and program: 1453, 1931, 2314 and 2353 nm as one kind; 978, 1198, 1732 and 1790 nm as the other kind. The relationship between absorbance and sugar content was analyzed and a maximum correlation coefficient of -0.621 and a minimum correlation coefficient of -0.365 were found. This study will provide basis in method for on-line fruit interior quality inspection.
