摘要
PLC在工业自动化中应用广泛,大中专学校相关专业全部开设了此课程,但目前支持PLC课程的教学专用设备比教学滞后,授课时很多程序无法进行调试,很难形成或上升到全局工程观。提出利用MCGS软件仿真锅炉炉温控制对象,以PC机为上位,西门子S7-200 PLC为下位机,通过MCGS组态软件在上位机上生成监控画面,将锅炉床温控制程序下载到西门子S7-200 PLC,将PC机与西门子S7-200 PLC联机后,在PC机上监控锅炉床温的控制过程和结果,取得了较好的效果。这种基于组态软件仿真PLC控制对象的方法为PLC的实验教学缺少实验设备提供了一条新的途径。
For the traditional teaching practice on the programmable logic controller (PLC),the students are usually limited by the basic programming and debugging that presented on the test chamber of the lab.lt's hard for them to establish the global engineering view.In this study,the temperature of boiler furnace as control object is simulated,and the monitoring the pro- cess and consequence of the PLC is performed on the computer by using Configuration software the monitor and control generated system (MCGS).It provides a novel pathway for the practical teaching to simulate the PLC controlling object based on the configuration software.
