摘要
要加快培育发展战略性新兴产业,人才开发是根本。通过对119家湖南省代表性战略性新兴产业骨干企业和351名代表性人才进行调研,以湖南省为例,对战略性新兴产业人才培养、引进与激励等各环节存在的问题进行了分析,并借鉴发达国家人才开发经验,对加快人才开发、推进战略性新兴产业跨越式发展提出了对策。
Human resources is one of the most important resources for developing strategic emerging industries. Based on the investigation on 119 representative backbone enterprises of strategic emerging industries of Hunan province and 351 representative persons. Take Hunan province as an example,this paper analyzes the existed problems in the process of culturing, introducing,and encouraging talents of strategic emerging industries,and based on learning talent exploitation experience from developed countries, carries out the countermeasures to exploit talents to develop strategic emerging industries in a science way.
