摘要
目的探讨急诊行负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗四肢深度烧伤的临床效果。方法 40例四肢深度烧伤患者被随机分为二组,切痂后对照组行常规包扎换药处理;观察组创面行负压封闭引流;后期二组均行植皮治疗。比较二组患者疼痛评分,创面1,3,7d时的细菌计数,植皮时间及植皮存活率。结果观察组和对照组的皮瓣存活率分别为85.0%和65.0%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),细菌计数及疼痛评分明显降低。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢深度烧伤,可加速创面愈合,提高创面植皮的存活率,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the therapy of limbs deep burn wound. Methods Forty patients with limbs deep burn wound were randomly divided into experimental group （20 eases） and control group （20 cases）. After excision of eschar, the wounds in control group were treated with traditional dressing change, and those in experimental group were covered by VSD. Both two groups were taken skingrafting at later period. The pain, bacterial count at i day, 3 days, 7 days after excision of eschar, time of skingrafting and survival rates of skin were compared in two groups. Results The survival rates of skin flap were 85.0% and 65.0% in experimental group and control group respectively, and the difference showed statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. In experimental group, the healing time was much shorter, bacterial count and pain score were much less than those in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the therapy of limbs deep burn wound can improve the survival rate of skin and promote the wound healing.
