摘要
[目的]探讨运动想象结合穴位按摩康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫病人运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。[方法]将2009年1月一2012年4月入院的128例脑卒中偏瘫病人按随机数字表分为两组,康复组病人进行运动想象结合穴位按摩康复及常规护理,对照组病人进行穴位按摩及常规护理;分组时和2个月后分别进行运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分。[结果]2个月后康复组病人运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]运动想象结合穴位按摩康复及常规护理可促进脑卒中偏瘫病人运动功能和日常生活活动能力的恢复,提高病人生活质量。
Objective： To probe into influence of motor imagery com- bined with acupressure rehabilitation care on motor function in herni- plegic stroke patients on in orion function and activities of daily living. Methods：A total of 128 cases of hemiplegic stroke patients from Janu- ary in 2009 to April in 2012 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group（motor imagery combined with acupressure and routine care） and control group （only acupressure and routine care）; FMA and AE）L scores were compared when grouping and after two months. Results： Two months after the FMA and ADL in the rehabilitation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：motor imagery combined with acu- pressure can significantly improve the restoration with motor function and activities of daily living, is an extremely effective treatment for pa- tients with stroke hemioaresis.
