摘要
运动想象虽然没有明显的身体动作,但想象时脑部的生理代谢、神经活动却非常活跃,与实际动作模式相比,也有许多相似之处。想象活动时的生理变化、脑电波活动通路与区域大部分相似,或重叠在实际动作时的动作表征系统。研究表明,想象练习对加速动作学习过程有重要意义,应予以重视。
There are not obvious body movements when imagining doing sports,and the neural activity and the brain metabolism is very active during this process of imagination. Moreover,there are a lot of similarities compared with the actual body movements. While people are imagining doing sports,the physiological changes,the paths and areas of brain waves are overlapping and mostly the same with the representative system of body movements. According to the investigation,the great attention should be given to the exercise of imagination since it is significant for accelerating the process of movements learning.
