摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,物流人才的需求也在不断增加。本文针对职业能力要求及物流相关岗位的特点,提出了高校《物流和供应链管理》的教改方案,有利于解决当前物流人才供需不平衡问题。
With the rapid development of our country＇s economy, the demand for the logistics talented person is increasing. According to the characteristics of occupational ability requirement and logistic post, the paper puts forward the teaching reform program of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, which is helpful to solve the problem that imbalance of current logistics talent supply and demand.
