摘要
供应链联盟企业要在经营活动中具有绝对的竞争力,必须选择恰当的合作策略。针对制造商和零售商两级供应链,对非合作决策和合作决策进行了对比分析,并且在合作决策下,给出了两种协调方法。经过对比发现:若讨价还价能力强的一方为核心企业,则基于讨价还价能力的协调方式对其最有利;若讨价还价能力弱的一方为核心企业,则采用shapley值法进行分配对其最有利。
To possess an absolute competitive edge in the business activities, the supply chain enterprise alliance must select appropriate co-operation strategies. Regarding the two supply chains of the manufacturers and retailers, a comparative analysis of the non-cooperative decision-making and collaborative decision-making was carried out, and two coordinated approaches ware given under the collaborative decision-making. A comparison found that a coordinated capability is most favorable for the party who is the core enterprise with strong power, while for the party who is the core business with weak bargaining power, the shapley value method bargaining is the most favorable.
