摘要
针对某汽车聚氨酯缓冲限位块试验开裂的问题,建立限位块强度仿真模型,分析试验条件下缓冲限位块的拉应力分布情况,指出内部上端凹槽处的应力集中是造成试验开裂的原因.去除凹槽后的优化结构应力分布合理,在极限载荷下不会超过材料的断裂强度,满足设计要求.
The finite element model of an automotive PU buffering stopper is built to solve crack problem. The results indicate that the stress concentration locates at the inner notch where the crack appears. The stress distribution of the buffering stopper is rational after the inner notch is cleared. The stress is lower than the crack strength. The structure satisfies the design requirements.
