摘要
随着社会科技的日趋进步,对高技能人才的需求越来越旺盛。高职院校培养技能型人才是社会的需要,是企业的需要。以湖南化工职业技术学院为例,从技能人才的内涵、社会需求及构建技能人才培养模式几个方面进行了分析。
With the increasing of social science and technology progress, the high skill talented person＇s demand more and more strong. Higher vocational colleges cultivate talents is the need of society, is the need of the enterprise, taking hunan chemical vocational and technical college as an example, from the connotation of skilled personnel, social demand and how to build skills training mode from several aspects are analyzed.
