SWI在脑星形细胞瘤分级中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对脑星形细胞瘤分级的价值。方法 29例经病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤,其中高级别19例(Ⅲ级12例,Ⅳ级7例),低级别(Ⅱ级)10例,术前行常规MR扫描、SWI扫描和T1WI增强扫描。分析瘤内磁敏感信号(ITSS)分级在不同级别星形细胞瘤间的差异,探讨肿瘤相同层ITSS分级、病理分级之间的相关性。结果 ITSS分级在不同级别脑星形细胞瘤间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ITSS分级与病理分级之间显著相关(r=0.755,P<0.000 1)。结论 SWI对脑肿瘤内出血、静脉等瘤内磁敏感信号的显示,有助于星形细胞瘤分级。应用SWI能提高对脑星形细胞瘤分级的准确性,有助于临床治疗和预后判断,是常规MR的重要补充。
